Controlled coordination and release.

At each level of the coordination and release processes the user can release the data directly or, if necessary, simultaneously look at the high-resolution data. With the integrated tools, comments can be attached or edited, colour measurements can be carried out, both composite as well as separated files can be viewed and corrections can be added with a freehand drawing tool.

Comprehensible corrections.

Comments and their history are directly accessible in ISY3. You do not need to open data for this and you can filter the information, e.g. according to user, type of campaign or date. ISY3 registers all accesses so that at all times it is clearly verifiable who has done or commented what and when. Finally ISY3 saves all information, so that it is later possible to provide references, to archive and to pursue the project from beginning to the end.

Faster checkup.

Furthermore, different ISY3 versions offer differential views, which allow them to  administer changes fast and intuitively. In addition, authorized users have the possibility of downloading files as protected pdf including Adobe Acrobat- comments.

Obligatory display at maximum precision.

In principle, ISY3 transmits only actually required data and so allows for resolution-independent operations. If this does not suffice, ISY3 presents within seconds pixel and vector data at maximum precision. This unique Streaming Technology ensures that several users can simultaneously view a file at maximum resolution, not causing heavy data traffic.

Interactive teamwork.

ISY3 ensures that collaborative sessions are very easy. Several users access the same file in real-time. The "session leader" summons a session and invites participants. The unique ViewSync-Technology enables the  "session leader" to control the session and to lead all participants through the project. If the "session leader" zooms to a data area, ISY3 automatically synchronises all project participants without any manual operation. In addition, all registered users can interactively communicate via the "chat" function.

Colour-obligatory softproofing.

SWOP ® (Specifications for Web Offset Publications) is an independent organisation with the aim of increasing the print quality of publications by demanding specifications and tolerances to be adhered to. Every system according to SWOP ® standard has passed a test by independent jurors from the industry: Colour-rendition of the system vs. reference-hardproof. The SWOP ® certification therefore makes sure for users and their customers that the softproof is consistent with the certified hardproofs of the production.
