Fully automatic page setup.

With ISY3 you can design raster and list layouts fully automatic. The setup is carried out on the basis of the stored templates. Pages configured automatically can be updated later any time and revised manually, if required.

Semi-automated page setup.

Frequently for automatically designed catalogue pages manual corrections occur. Some products are discontinued, new products appear. As a consequence, you must either revise the pages manually or arrange them anew. ISY3 enables you to set up single products retrospectively or delete them, without losing manual changes.

Adaptive sizes.

ISY 3 enables the generation of size adaptive templates. The template "grows" and "shrinks" depending on non standard format and type area. The respective CD- control system ensures thereby also non-proportional size adaptions.

Individualising and personalising.

Producing documents or a document variant automatically is effected by rule supported filling of layout frames with information from defined data sources, for example: Personal ISY3 user areas or external address data.

Using products.

Information pallets show at one glance the product information from the ISY3 Product Infomation Management. For an automatic page setup they can be directly selected  there. You can take over individual information via Drag & Drop into a document as well.

Linking information.

Single components of the document can be linked with product information via wildcards. So for example text frames, single texts within a text frame or picture frames are available for updating bidirectionally with ISY3 any time. Besides updating textual information you can also write the application, placing, scaling and details of pictures back.

Change management.

The change management gives a fast overview of upcoming tasks. Graphic symbols and to-do lists indicate which information is for update, for deletion or for a new transfer into the layout.
