Project design.

ISY3 efficiently bundles all information for your project planning, e.g. briefings, workflows or media data. ISY3 structures them consequently from the perspective of your projects, respectively adjusted to your structures and processes. Focus: That information which is fundamentally important in the creation and life cycle of the means of advertising. Including names, appointments, print parameters, some master data of the means of advertising and mutations (amongst others additional processings like flap or insert) and also regionality and language. ISY3 monitors, controls and manages the project and optimises the design, implementation and distribution of tasks towards defined responsible persons.

Page length and page planning.

In the context of page length design, ISY3 assigns the corresponding assortments and product groups to single pages. Information source is typically a Product Information Management. Whole projects, page sections or pages can be taken over from existing means of advertising. You assign single products to the respective assortment or merchandising group structures by means of intelligent search. Very easily with Drag & Drop. Furthermore there is the possibility to generate new products as wildcards, which perhaps only later in Product Information Management or Media Asset Management you will fill with information and media data. ISY3 of course coordinates all changes automatically with each other in the page planning, in layouts, products or media data, so that all users always directly perceive the up-to-date status.

Fully automatic page setup.

With ISY3 you can design raster and catalogue layouts fully automatically. The setup is carried out according to the stored templates. Pages configured automatically can later be updated any time and revised manually, if required.

Semi-automated page setup.

Frequently for automatically designed catalogue pages there are manual corrections. Some products are discontinued, new products appear. As a consequence, you must either revise the pages manually or arrange them anew. ISY3 enables you to set up single products retrospectively or delete them, without losing manual changes.

Individualising and personalising.

Producing documents or document variants automatically is effected by rule supported filling of layout frames with information from defined data sources, for example: Personal ISY3 user areas or external address data.

Using products.

Information pallets at the document show at one glance the product information from the ISY3 Product Information Management. For an automatic page setup these can be directly selected  there. You can take over single information via Drag & Drop into a document as well.

Linking information.

Single components of the document can be linked with product information via wildcards. So for example text frames, single texts within a text frame or image frames are available for updating bidirectionally with ISY3 any time. Besides updating textual information you can also write back the application, placing, scaling and details of images.

Change management.

The Change Management gives a fast overview of upcoming tasks. Graphic symbols and to-do lists indicate which information is for update, for deletion or for a new transfer into the layout.
